But you don’t have to worry about that pain anymore nor will you need to use that drill because there are simple yet effective home remedies to relieve toothache. So next time you experience toothache, you can now use these tips to ease and get rid of the pain.

Remove the Foreign Matter

The most common cause of toothache is the foreign matter in between teeth. Make sure to brush and floss your teeth properly after every meal. Those leftovers will lead to bacteria, plaque and cavity build up which will damage the tooth enamel and cause pain.

Rinse with Salt Solution

This is a simple solution that kills bacteria. You just have to make salt solution with using lukewarm, clean, and safe drinking water. Mix a tablespoon of rock/iodized salt in a glass of lukewarm water, rinse your mouth with it for a few minutes and it will instantly relieve the pain. It can also reduce swelling and inflammation of the gums.

Do the Magic of Garlic

The garlic is not a magical item; it has anti-biotic properties that effectively reduce the pain. You just have to crush a clove and mix it with rock salt and directly apply it on the affective tooth to alleviate the toothache. You can also chew it although it does not taste good, but it will surely relieve the pain.

Chew Guava Leaves

Guava leaves have medicinal characteristics such as anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties. Chew one to three tender guava leaves and wait until the juice or extract work on the affected area. Others use the leaves and boil them to make a solution and make it as a mouthwash.

If you follow these tips, the pain will go away. But this has no therapeutic claims, if pain persists, consult your dentist. (You can go to http://www.dentalworld.com.ph/)

I agree these all tips but I use Rinse with salt solution for my home remedies for toothache. The saltwater trick works instantly if you use the whole cup!
